Want to reset your body and mind during a gorgeous & powerful retreat?

I am so excited to announce that this August (25-31) I will be collaborating on my first health retreat!

This retreat will be entirely dedicated to your wellness and will take place in a superb villa near Barcelona, a perfect small paradise – all organised by Reset Button, voted 3rd destination wellness worldwide 2017 by Women’s Health Magazine.

Behind the Reset Button is Rachel Lefeuvre who found her own way to wellness after burnout. She then made it her mission to create the best, most transformative health retreats possible.

For 3 years she has been concocting wellness retreats based on guests’ unique needs and for this, she surrounds herself with top experts in health – yoga, fitness, psychotherapist, mindfulness, a health chef… As for me, as a naturopathic nutritionist, I will guide each guest with a totally personalised food programme, thanks to the results of the hair analysis.

Our 4 pillars – Pause, Switch off, Nourish, Activate

Our powerful personalised Reset program reboots the body and mind via four key pillars:

Pause – how to relax,

Switch Off – how to sleep,

Nourish – what and how to consume and

Activate – how to motivate your body and mind in a positive way.

Totally individualised menu & attention

Pre-retreat, you send a small lock of hair for lab analysis, so that on arrival the team know mineral and vitamin deficiencies, food intolerances, pH level, body hydration and organ energy imbalance. So that we can cater an individualised menu according to your unique nutritional needs.

Example day:

The health-conscious chef serves up meal after meal of delightful mouth-watering dishes, so delicious it’s difficult to believe you’re actually detoxifying your body. No-one goes hungry here; while gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods are off the menu, good carbs and lean meat and fish are included (* except for vegetarians / vegans of course).

Wake up full of energy

After a short couple of days into retreat, you wake up full of energy after a sound night’s sleep and the whites of your eyes are whiter than they’ve ever been.

You learn the latest mindfulness tricks by the on-site psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher – so you’re fully equipped to ease back into the 9 to 5 still tapped into the zen.

It’s far from hard work. Three or four activities are scheduled each day (incl massage, that’s tough!) and there are plenty spare hours left to do what pleases you: reading by the pool, mindfully wandering through the local woodland or just soaking up some vitamin D.

Health is serious business here, but the air remains light-hearted

About the rooms

All suites are within the 14th century farmhouse and have been renovated in keeping with the rustic style of the Spanish masia.

All en-suite with organic toiletries, Egyptian cotton towels and hairdryers.

There is free access to Wi-Fi internet throughout the house.

This is the breakdown of what you will receive:

-Full Hair Analysis pre-retreat

-Reset Report & Plan by me, the RB Naturopathic Nutritionist

-Nutritional consultation and talks

-Mindfulness Course: One-hour teaching per day plus one hour guided meditation

-Full Board: a bespoke resetting menu, drinks plus snacks prepared by in-house gourmet chef and nutritionist.

-24-hour access to facilities including indoor and outdoor pool

-Fitness classes: yoga, circuit classes, 2 guided hikes

-Sleep Clinic and workshop

-One-hour therapeutic massage

-Two cookery classes & recipes to take away

-Six nights in one of the rooms in the masia: all en-suite with organic toiletries, Eygptian cotton towels and hairdryers

-Airport transfers at advertised times

Not included: Flights and holiday insurance

Optional extras: personal training, additional massage and spa treatments
