INGREDIENTS – for 1
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 mug almond milk
- 2 TB hemp seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 TB maca powder
- Optional: 2 or 3 leaves of fresh mint
Place all ingredients in a Nutribullet or other blend and whizz until smooth. Enjoy.
