Avocado banana spinach PMS smoothie

Avocados and hemp seeds can help to eliminate some premenstrual syndrome. Indeed, they have a high amount of magnesium and of vitamin E (magic recipe to reduce stress and tiredness).

Banana is one of the vitamin B6 queens; it will have an effect on your mental health which means it will improve your mood, which can be charged sometimes during this period.

Spinach is full of healing, sugar-balancing chlorophyll too. And I’ve added a few mint leaves to help with a smooth digestion.

And maca powder is a powerhouse for any lower back / tummy / pelvic pain.

INGREDIENTS – for 1

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 mug almond milk
  • 2 TB hemp seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 TB maca powder
  • Optional: 2 or 3 leaves of fresh mint

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a Nutribullet or other blend and whizz until smooth. Enjoy.
